What sort of people do we hire?
For Account Management and Sales roles, customer service experience in a high-quality environment is required. We want people who share our passion and are on board with our customer-first vision. Experience and expertise in payroll and HR are an advantage.
We like to help our employees channel their skills in a specific area, so if we hire a specialist who quickly shows potential and interest in a different role, we’ll be happy to explore that career option with them as we like to retain our talented employees and help them grow.
